Well, there isn't any classes tomorrow since its Proclamation Day for our new President >u< Instead of being the good girl that I am *coughboopenhaggleblah* and study for our second exam on Thursday, I went along and drew Wy, a new character in hetalia owo I can't help itttt QAQ She's just sooo cute <3

As for the paintbrush... From what I've read, the Principality of Wy was founded by an Australian painter named Paul Delprat.

Their emblem/coat of arms/whatever its called is made up of paintbrushes as well x3
